This Privacy Policy explains how Rodeo Rose Market ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and application (the "App"). An account is required to use any part of the App.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, phone number, zip code, and birthdate. If you sign up as a vendor, we also collect your business name, bio, categories, social links, and any photos you upload (profile photo, banner, and gallery images). When you apply to a market, we collect the details of your application, including what you plan to sell, your setup needs, and your responses to event-specific questions. If you submit a market photo, we collect the photo itself, the Instagram handle you provide, and any caption you write. We also automatically log sign-in attempts (including failed attempts) to protect accounts from unauthorized access.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the App — creating your account, processing vendor applications, displaying vendor profiles and event listings, sending you account and application-status emails, generating invoices for booth fees, and securing your account (for example, temporarily locking sign-in after repeated failed attempts). Zip code and birthdate help us understand our customer base and tailor markets and announcements; we do not sell this information. Photos and Instagram handles you submit may be featured on Rodeo Rose Market's Instagram and other marketing channels, with credit to the handle you provided.

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following service providers solely to operate the App:

• QuickBooks Online — vendor name, email, and booth fee amount, to create and send invoices.
• Resend — your email address, to deliver account, application, and password-reset emails.
• Vercel — hosting for the App, its database, and uploaded photos.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and application information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, and maintain business records. Sign-in attempt logs are kept only briefly and used solely for account security.

5. Your Choices

You can update your profile information or remove uploaded photos at any time from within the App. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information below; we will confirm once your data has been removed, except where we're required to retain records (for example, financial records tied to invoiced fees).

6. Children's Privacy

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
